The workmanship on this vest is mind-blowing! It is fully hand embellished with colorful soutache embroidery. This little crop vest can be worn open or it also has a tie and hook and eye for closure. A belt is included but I don't think it's original...it feels newer. Finished with black trim and it is fully lined.

belt: fits 26 1/2" but the snaps can easily be moved, 1 1/2" width
FABRIC: feels like all cotton
COLOR: black with multi-color decoration.
CONDITION: the colors are so vibrant and the condition is amazing for its age. The lining does show some wear with a few stains and a couple of rips.
